Inviting sponsors!

We are currently inviting sponsors for the event. This is your chance to target a niche collective of developers and users of technology and services that your business is developing or providing.

Exposure provided to the sponsor includes:

• Sponsor logos and names will appear on official BarCamp Kashmir website.
• Your logos will be shown on the screens before/after the sessions and during breaks.
• All sponsors will be mentioned and thanked for in the opening speech.

Sponsorship Packages

You can choose any of the following sponsorship packages for the event:

Venue Sponsor

The concept of a Venue Sponsor is to provide for the venue of the camp, any necessary conveyances to participants, provide for any stay arrangements, and necessary infrastructure at the camp. We prefer, however, that you simply provide us a physical venue with all the infrastructure and make the necessary arrangements instead of paying us the sponsorship fee. What we mean is: Arrange-don't-pay instead of pay-and-forget. That saves us a lot of trouble and helps us focus on organising a quality camp.

Food Sponsor

The concept of a Food Sponsor is to provide for the food and snacks for the participants throughout the camp. It would be appreciated (and preferred) that the sponsor arrange the food logistics instead of paying the sponsorship fees.

Kit Sponsor

The concept of a Kit Sponsor is to provide for the BarCamp Kashmir Kit. The kit usually contains: A Notepad, A pen, A Bag (to hold the kit), and some Goodies.

We prefer that the sponsor prepares and sends the kit to the organisers instead of simply paying for it. That helps us look after ensuring quality at the event.

Media Sponsors

The concept of a media Sponsor is to provide for all print jobs necessary for the camp. The list generally includes printing of camp banners, posters, registration cards, stickers and stuff.

Custom Sponsorship

We know it is not possible to meet all requirements and expectations through a set of pre-designed packages. That is why, we always have the doors open to interesting proposals for a custom sponsorship. If you want to sponsor us but didn't like the offered packages, don't be shy: come to us with a custom sponsorship offer and we will work it out. :)
